Technorati love-hate smackdown.

It’s hard to resist playing with Technorati charts when you’re in the mood to eavesdrop on what topics are driving the vast net chatfest at any given time. One of my favorite uses is to to make two charts for comparison. For instance, recently I made a chart of blogs mentioning Britney Spears and compared it with charts mentioning Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. (For many months, Britney averaged at least 10 times more mentions than Mahmoud every day except one.)So today I thought I would make a chart comparison to throw in the blog sidebar as a regular feature. As a test, I searched for words I expected to generate big numbers.Check the results, captured in the image. (It plumps when you click it!)
