This is going to be a fascinating case to watch. Apparently, the image of a teenager in Texas was grabbed from flickr and used in a cell phone ad. Who knows when, where or how it will be resolved, but it seems so unnecessary to me. As far as convenience goes, it would have been easier to find someone willing to sign a form or two. Or just stick with approved materials.
